The Review Session Screen helps you understand your work-break patterns, making it easier to adjust your workflow for better productivity and well-being.
Break Analysis
This section gives you insights into the breaks you've taken:
- If you skipped breaks or cut them short, it will show what you’re owed and give you the option to add that time to your session break.
- If you ended your session during a break interval, you’ll have the option to deduct this time from your session break.
Starting a Session Break
After reviewing your break analysis, you’ll see three preset options for your session break: 15, 20, or 30 minutes. These values are fully configurable, and any adjustments based on the break analysis will be reflected in these options.
Need a different break length? Simply start with the closest option and tweak the duration after the break begins.
Skipping the Break
If you prefer to jump straight back into work, you can skip the session break by selecting Start New Work Session.

This lets you stay flexible while keeping your workflow structured and balanced. 🚀
